We stopped eating meat in early February of 2016 and couldn’t feel better. After opening up our eyes and learning about what we were putting into our bodies, we had to make a change. It’s important to stop looking at the final product on your plate – instead look at the process.
We were so moved by the changes it made us want to share our story, in hopes of inspiring you to make the same changes to your diet and health.

We met in 2015 and have been challenging each other to be better ever since we met. Neither of us were vegan when we met, not even vegetarian. Slowly we started making steps to veganism as we learned more.
