​If you notice you are tired, have digestion problems, and have frequent infections or always sick, this could mean your body is too acidic. Acidic foods leave toxic food residue which causes infections and diseases. It’s important to know more about pH, alkalinity and acidity. 

Over 65% of what you eat should come from alkaline-based foods like greens, fruits, veggies, and tubers (root veggies). Soft drinks, alcohol, caffeine, alcohol, cereal, dairy, eggs, and meat are all very acidic. So its better to cut out as much of those foods as possible.


You want your body to be alkaline because if its acidic the blood reduces its ability to deliver oxygen to the cells and eliminate carbon dioxide from the body. Alkaline Foods 

There is also a link between pH and cancer. Cancer lives best in an acidic environment, and doesn’t survive in an alkaline environment. Cancer cells make your body even more acidic because they produce lactic acid. The indisputable connection: Your pH levels and cancer risk.

Unfortunately most of the foods and drinks we eat are acidic- meat, grains, sugar, soft drinks. So unless you have been eating a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables, your body is too acidic. Accidentally you are creating a great environment for cancer to grow.
